TONIGHT’S FUGITIVES:
TEAM 1: DAVID AND EMILEY – Dating Couple
Last seen…the couple who began by leaving their calendar for the Hunters have somehow defied all odds avoided capture. Emiley’s ex-boyfriend, Blaze, drove them to a cabin in the woods, whilst Intel are using David’s book for names.
Intel call Hunters, Echo and Foxtrot, and tell them to release the drones and head to the cabin.
Echo Alli doesn’t seem impressed at all.
The Hunters have the house surrounded and knowing David ad Emiley, it’s probably the wrong one! Intel are shocked. Echo find another hidden house listed as the same number and decide to check it out. David hears noises and they decide to make a move. The drones catch their movements, but the Hunters are too late. Echo’s Jono G knocks on the door and Blaze comes out. Team DEmiley escape once again! Unbeatable!!
Intel are all over Blaze and figure out which car he lent them from the car dealership.
VERDICT SO FAR…
Things seem to just get worse and worse for DEmiley. Surely they are up to their 7th life at least! They have run out of plans and I have a feeling they’ll be caught soon. If they last the 28 days I will be very impressed. I expect them to be caught next episode.
TEAM 4: LEE AND HILMAR – Friends
Last seen… In the car with Beth telling them about her unfortunate “butt-dial” incident with ol’ Griff! The boys are planning their next moves.
Day 16 and Lee is feeling a little low being away from family. We find out his wife butt-dial Beth is preggas, or did I completely miss this info earlier?! The kiddies miss their wolfie dad on his birthday and Fathers Day. Also, wow, they have a really nice house! Lee has such a bright idea to get Beth on a private plane to see him. OHMYGOD. Even Hilmar is like, WHAT THE FRACK?! But Lee calls him pilot mate Tim anyway… Argh! Super risky, but he needs a morale boost… And it worked!! Lee, thank goodness you’ve been showering. This isn’t Naked and Afraid after all. Lee and Beth find out they are having a baby boy. Hooray!
So BEAUTIFUL! Now get back on the road, wolves!
Lee, you crazy bugger!! Don’t pull a stunt like that again! The wolves leave the airport and Intel find a gutsy post on Beth’s Instagram of her and the two boys. HILARIOUS!! Sneaky, sneaky bastards.
VERDICT SO FAR…
These two are my overall favourites and I would love to see them win this thing. Their crazy antics have both gotten them into trouble and a win; I honestly can’t believe the whole ‘flying Beth out’ plan worked! It shows these guys are willing to take risks and establishing what they are capable of on the run; future teams, take note. I think they’ll make the final episode at least. Unsure if they’ll get caught though! Fingers crossed they don’t.
TEAM 6: AARIF AND IMMAD – Friends
Last seen… After hours of kayaking just to get to an ATM and back to their campsite, the boys decided to shave their heads and beards. Excellent. Go #TeamBrown!!
Day 17 and the boys leave the campsite and call a taxi cab to give them a ride into town, with a Muslim discount to boot. Score! They head to a mosque for some fugitive prayers and find a student there who agrees to take them to Atlanta the next day.
Day 19 and the boys want to honour their taxi driver with the remainder payment by going to an ATM. They plan to withdraw and run! Immad heads to the ATM, drops money in the letterbox and makes a mad dash back to the car.
These guys are the real shiz!
New Hunters, Team India, are deployed on to the guys. Intel send them to the mosque the boys were at.

VERDICT SO FAR…
The smoothest and most successful team moving forward, I think Aarif and Immad are the team to beat and the Hunters have a lot of work ahead of them to make this catch. The boys have done everything right since they lost their contact Meadow and their decisions have not left them in compromising and dangerous situations. I expect them to make it to the end and win the 250k prize!
TEAM 9: ENGLISH AND STEPHEN – Married Couple
Last seen… Stuck in a monsoon, the hitch-hiking couple take shelter in a nearby shed, but Team Charlie are very close by. I look forward to seeing if English’s planning and schedules are successful.
Intel are ALL over English’s social media and family ties. Day 6 and the married couple are back to hitch-hiking trying to catch a ride to Charleston to meet with her sister, Amber. Again, surely you would keep direct family out of this! English calls Amber from a random car and her sister is SO dramatic. Amber advises them to not come as the Hunters have already tracked her place in Charleston.
English tells Amber to get a burner phone and come up with a Facebook post to throw off the Hunters. But, she posts as English instead. Whaaaat?! They trace the phone back to Amber and give her a call. Johnny “Ben” English has her cornered. Totally loving Ben’s accent. Amber is also a terrible liar, why did she agree to a video call?!
VERDICT SO FAR…
With the couple only about 6-10 days in, and going by the edit, I have a feeling they get caught next episode. English’s plans are unfortunately failing and the contact with Amber has been anything but helpful. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens next.
